We were originally scheduled for the 11/11 cruise on the Gem and it was canceled. Lucky for us we are retired and given a half off next cruise option worked out real well for us!

Being that we were in a Haven Suite getting on and off the ship was quick and easy. In addition, for the first time we got spa passes which were great for the days when it was raining and/or cold!

The cabin was excellent as well as all the complementary and pay restaurants! The shows were good and we always had good seats though we never used the Haven seats which were upstairs!

Courtyard Villa with Balcony

Cabin H4

Bid from a BA to an H4 and we're thrilled to have it accepted. Two bedrooms, 2 bath was sure nice even though there was just two of us. Nice room, great master bedroom and bath as well as breakfast and lunch in Moderno and Cagney's just for the haven guests!

The Haven pool, spa, and sun deck were never crowded and a great place to get away for a bit of peace and quiet. Definitely a great experience complement by our concierge Patrick who was amazing!
