Sail Date: Dec 2017
Cabin: Interior Stateroom

We chose this cruise for its itinerary and the excellent price. My wife, nephew, and I shared an interior cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable, although 3 sets of towels weren't always supplied. The single bed had no top sheet. Compared to a previous RC cruise (year ago) we sensed a reduction in food quality and variety. We experienced different waiters and about 1/3 of the time our food orders weren't completely correct. We suspect the servers' workload is stressful. It seems to us ships this size struggle to feed us. 'My time' dining was really 'their time' with a little bit of flexibility versus the rigidity of either the early or late assigned seatings. The buffet can be overly crowded at times with a paucity of tables. Entertainment was plentiful. We enjoyed all of the main shows. We (aged 18 to 64) climbed the rock wall, ice skated, and surfed. The recreation staff was VERY pleasant and helpful. My wife and I danced every night to capable bands. Embarkation and debarkation were VERY fast.

In this price range, I prefer the food and entertainment of Carnival, HAL, and NCL. But there isn't a huge difference and they all have some unique qualities. For the right price we would go again.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin Q

Typical and dated but not the smallest we've experienced. Makeup mirror with GOOD lighting and seating. A small couch. Quiet. Overall better cabin lighting than some (i.e. NCL)

Port Reviews

Labadee

This stop is okay. The beach is nice enough and my wife, a snorkeling newbie, practiced snorkeling, but there is not much to see.

Curacao

We only walked around town, but I really like Curacao. It is colorful and safe. The shops offer the typical stuff.
