Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony
This was our second cruise on RC. The first was on the Allure and it was fantastic.
We had many mixed results on Liberty (older and slightly smaller). The ship was 4 hours late due to maintenance delays. RC reimbursed us $25 for lunch.
The 2nd stop was canceled due to weather on Wednesday, yet other cruise lines made it without issue. (A personal friend of mine just sent me pictures swimming with the stingrays. She said the weather all day was perfect for swimming and snorkeling.) We were reimbursed for the excursion expensive and given extra time in Cozumel, but that was it.

Staff did a great job keeping the room clean.
All toilets throughout the ship smelled like a port-a-potty.
