We traveled on Anthem of the Sea, Dec. 2-14th 2017. That was our last cruise on that ship in December and leaving from New Jersey. Very cold and inconvenient, lost too many days at sea before reaching islands. We thought those days will be fun on the big ship like that.

The ship is great, the food is good, the entertainment and activities are OK, but the personnel is very unprofessional and amateur. The only service that we received good for 12 day cruise was our room attendant, and sometimes a young guy, waiter assistant, forgot his name, it was his first work week, he tried his best and he got it perfect. The rest is POOR or NO SERVICE at all. Dirty elevators, dirty floors, dirty dishes, waiters and assistants treat people like animals, and people therefore, act like animals.

Every simple common thing has to be asked, for example Water, Orange Juice or Coffee at the buffet we had to call someone or find someone and ask to bring to the table... it was not like that when we started our vacations with RC 5-6 years ago, every year it is getting worse. My wife asked a helper girl to bring coffee and orange juice to our table for breakfast, the girl went somewhere and filled cup with half cup orange juice and half cup coffee, brought the cup to us and said "Very good combination...".
