Cabin: Junior Suite
We chose this cruise because it was within driving distance and it sailed to a warm climate. Had two good previous experiences on RCCL, so despite the reviews from the summer sailers (who were in Europe) we tough it would be a nice vacation.
We purchased a balcony room.
By day 2, I’m upset enough to start a list of the things I’m not happy with.

We met our cabin steward the first day and never after that. I found out that the stewards are now in charge of 20 cabins instead of 8, which explains why our room wasn’t refreshed (bed made, clean towels) during the day.
