This was not the typical experience I've had in the past with Princess cruises. My cruise experiences with Princess in the past were much better. If this is their new standard of service and professionalism, I will not be taking another Princess cruise. The staff was not at their usual level of friendliness and professionalism. The dinner service was a bit disorganized compared to previous cruises. The dining room food was not up to the same quality either. The dining staff seemed inexperienced. The cabin attendant verbally complained to me that he was overworked and didn't get enough breaks. It was awkward. I do have sympathy for people, but please do not express your displeasure with your job or employer to me when you are getting paid and tipped to keep my room in order. On two occasions, the bartender made my drink incorrectly, using the wrong ingredients in one, and too much of an ingredient (bitters) in another. Please don't tell me you can make me a Sazerac, charge me for it, but then admit you are missing ingredients after the fact. It was not good, and I was not offered a replacement drink nor refund.
