So disappointed with the Bar Staff, we have always been grateful for the attentive bar staff on Princess Ships but on Sapphire debating Singapore 2 Dec 2017 there was none. We usually frequent Crooners and Explorers and on Sapphire the Fusion. Many times the Explorers and Fusion were not open to service making Crooners very crowded and we were told by wait staff that table service was only available in Crooners and could not order from the lounges situated in the walkway outside of Explorers. When the bars were open the wait staff did not attend our tables, just walked passed. Advantage to us was a very low bar tab when disembarking.

Singapore Cruise terminal was efficent and friendly as always. From our Room to Departure Terminal at Changi via a Taxi 90 mins.

Apart from confusion on the dock in Kota Kinabalu after a late arrival, all port arrivals and departure were fast and efficient with staff available to give information when required.
