Sail Date: Dec 2017

I have cruised on the dream in 2012, and found improvement in this 2017 cruise. The shows were amazing, especially "Flick." Don't miss it! Spell-binding! The dining room food was better than average, in most areas. Desserts are still lack luster. Service was better on this cruise also. The ship was kept spotless, with lots of precautions, such as hand sanitizer and tissues to open doors with. I did miss the Italian restaurant which other Carnival ships have, and the digital photography which Vista had (much more efficient)! Our cabin steward Lawrence was fantastic on the main deck. Cabin was in a good location, but the sofa bed was so hard, that I was uncomfortable. Lawrence gave me extra blankets and an extra duvet to pad it with, but still uncomfortable. We had a virgin cruiser with us, and even though he was convinced that he would not like cruising, he loved the Dream! There was plenty of activities and entertainment, as well as good music venues to choose from. Thanks Carnival for a great cruise! See you on the Magic January 6th.
