Above all the cruise was great...embarkation in no started a little shaky...hour and a half standing on line waiting to board...seems like everyone had the 11:30 to 12:00 arrival time...once on board at approximately 1:00 most rooms were ready to occupy...dropped off our backpacks and went off to lunch at o'sheehans...no wait...for some unknown reason most people enjoy the buffet...some of the luggage arrived to the staterooms very, very late, because the baggage handlers move like turtles...ship etd was 1600, we actually departed at 1830, 2 and a half hours late...capt kept apologizing for the delay...now about the ship...had a balcony cabin size was good, bathroom very small, not accommodating to heavy people like myself...atrium small in size, entertainment nightly even though they only advertise 2 shows...cruise director simon was ok...dining room nice never a wait...although one dining room was cruise casual , means no shorts or t shirts except for the first and last nights...shore excursions were well attended, and only one port was by a tender...mayan ruins tours were nice, bus rides through the country. Time changes on the ship were confusing, but you deal with it. Went it comes to cruisin this was definitely an older crowd...most went to dinner at 5:00 and went to the 7:15 shows...casino small and smokey...
Cabin accommodates 2 comfortably, but small for 3 or 4...bathroom very small. Toilet has a petition, well as the shower...not built too accommodate heavy people...
No excursion in no...stayed at the wyndham on royal st...did bourbon street on our own...
