We were very impressed with the staff and service aboard the ship, every detail was taken care of and the service was impeccable in ALL areas of the ship. We were impressed how hard everyone worked to make our vacation so great.
We were bit concerned with some of the reviews on this site as they were unflattering. Yes, this is a big ship with many people but there was always space and time to relax.
We really took advantage of the shows, the flyboys, comedians, magicians and after midnight as well as the activities in the atrium. We did make reservations to all of these but there was always an option to do standby if you did not make reservations.

Perfect, technically not a suite but very nice and Ronaldo was excellent

Beautiful do nothing beach day, we did some snorkeling off the beach which was not terribly exciting after the Cayman tour but fun nonetheless

We did an everglades boat tour at the Everglades sari park and a food tour of little havana which was fun
