We have travelled on Norwegian, Holland America, Cunard, Princess and Celebrity. Norwegian is the only line on which I would not travel again. Food was mediocre (we even had mouldy salad in the Garden Cafe). Food in the Bistro specialty restaurant was good. "Freestyle dining" sounds good but we waited longer to be seated (with a reservation) than on any other cruise ship. I think that "freestyle dining" is just a way of cutting back on staff, which is evident by the slow service. Cabin service was poor (room was not as clean as it should be and ice was only delivered twice on a seven day cruise). Lastly, they are the only cruise line on which we have travelled that charges a fee for room service. In general, their up charges (such as room service and drink packages) were more expensive than on other lines. Itinerary was unimpressive, but I guess that was a factor of the recent hurricanes in the Caribbean,
