NCL could not pay me to cruise on the Epic Again. The public areas were dirty. There were many areas that were left unclean throughout the day. The Wait and bar staff were extremely rude. In O'Sheehan's the bartenders would not make the drink correctly and when I asked for the missing ingredient, they got an attitude. The waiter during breakfast got an attitude when I asked for a Mimosa and didn't come back to the table for awhile. In Manhattan, our waiter was extremely rude and the food was cold. The service in every dining room was horribly slow. My steak in Cagney's was overdone, and the "crab cake" tasted like a potato patty. The only restaurant that had good service and served the food quick and hot was The Noodle Bar and Shanghai's. We ate there twice.

The balcony cabins were ridiculously small. The shows were boring.

Overall, this was the absolute worse NCL experience I have ever had. I do NOT recommend the Epic.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BE

This was an Accessible cabin, so it was larger than the regular balcony. The regular balcony cabin was small and uncomfortable.Even in the accessible cabin, the sink was too small and awkwardly fitted. The shower water went over the entire bathroom floor, even to the commode area. So, after a shower, you had to wait at least an hour for all the water to drain out, before you could use the bathroom.

Port Reviews

Falmouth

We took a taxi to a local beach, but the island experienced storms which made the waters too rough and knocked out the wifi. We ended up at Margaritaville which was small and dirty.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Great port for shopping and we took a bus to a beach which was nice, until it got crowded.
