We were in Orlando for a conference and thought to add a short cruise when it finished. We thought the entertainment on the ship was fantastic, with almost too many excellent options to choose from.

We thought the ships decor was vary dated and guessed it was build in the late 70s or early 80s. Surprised to find out it was launched in 2005 and refitted in 2011. The wear and tear on the ship from use is very evident. We noted that there seemed to be something broken frequently throughout the ship.

We treated ourselves to the balcony room. We thought the room was very spacious and could easily accommodate 4 guests. The beds were twin converted to queen/king and a pull out sofa. The sofa is vinyl which made it somewhat uncomfortable, but easy to clean. We found the shower annoying as the curtain did not stay within the shower lip, so there was frequently water all over the floor.

Port Reviews

Nassau

The port area is a giant tourist trap, selling cheap trinkets made in China. Severe safety concerns for the area do not leave the area near port. We were very dissappointed. Next time either stay on the ship or go to Atlantis or Blue Lagoon.

Princess Cays

This is what a expected to experience on my first trip to Bahamas. Great beaches, water sports available and no general safety concerns; to be expected from a cruise line private island.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

We have explore Port Canaveral and area many times. Vary nice area with lots of little things to see and do.
