The Garden Villa Suite was fantastic and our service staff was absolutely wonderful. The Grand Pacific Dining Room was a huge disappointment with respect to service and food entrees. Alazar was MUCH better and the wait staff was much more attentive. We had 2 dinners in LeBistro and they were suberb but the 1 dinner in Cagneys left a lot to be desired as the food was not very tasty.

We had previously visited the ports of call but it was nice to go back and see the improvements. It would have been great if there had been some transportation to/from the ship to areas of town as there were some elderly passengers who appeared to have mobility issues getting from the ship to the "center" of town that really didn't warrant a taxi ride.

The ship's refurbishment looks wonderful and everything looked very fresh and clean. The addition of O'Sheehan's was nice and we had a few very good meals there with no wait time.
