There was 5 of us in total, (20,21) 2 in a 4J cabin #9203 and us 3 (31, 42,48) in an 8D cabin #9229. The kids kept their cabin a mess 90% of the time so cabin steward did very little in their cabin all week. But our cabin steward was good, introduced himself and we never saw him again all week. He did ask us if we wanted service, morning, evening or both? I told him both and he came twice a day. We always had plenty of towels and our beach towels were always replaced. The balcony was small as usual. There was only two mirrors in the entire cabin, bathroom and vanity. There wasnt even a full length mirror in the cabin?! Weird So us 3 were always fighting fo mirror time before dinner. Purchased FTTF but only one of the 5 got their luggage immediately. The rest of us had to wait until after munster to get ours like 4:30. Also though we had 10:30 checkin time, we still were made to wait over an hour to board. First time using FTTF and not sure I will use it again. The 2 things we wanted it for, luggage and early boarding was a bust. We ate every nigth but one in the dining room. We had anytime dining and had to wait every night with a pager to be seated, whether it was 3 of us or 5. Most nights, we waited 30-40 mins. Dinner was okay, nothing to rant and rave about. But we definitely didnt go hungry either. We ate pizza late most nights and there was always a line. Three of us purchased CHEERS package and we loved it. Wont ever sail Carnival without it again! We bought Jeep tour through Viator for $85 a person and loved it. It was our 3rd time doing this excursion so we knew already what to expect. The weahter was perfect all week and we all got beautiful tans to show off when we got home. Went to 2 theater shows and 2 comedy shows. Both were good but comedy shows were the best. Didnt find ship freeze inside venues at night. Disco was packed every night with DJ playing a variety of music from 80s-current. All in all a wonderful cruise for the price we paid. $400pp for a balcony on Lido pool deck was cheap! Looking forward to going again real soon. Any questions, message me.

My friend was 5'5" and her feet hung off the bottom of bed a good 6 inches. Plenty of storage places to unpack your clothing.
