We left port late. our Itinerary got changed-not happy about that at all-for maintenance!!!. Poor service on this cruise ship. Very rude people and crew. One of our party got Food poisoning. Lipstick on clean cups/mugs. Dirty ship-lack of garbage cans and bathrooms. They do not know how to move people at all getting on and off the boat along with in the corridors. You cannot hear announcements as it is too load or muffled. Returned to port late...we had to change flights...Menu/Food-Blah...Up sell for everything...overcharge for everything...Windjammer shuts downs for hours at a time leaving passengers with no good options for food..like fruit,etc. Sign in and out towels-you have got to be kidding me. Proper OBC not given, questioned guest services and told there was nothing they could do for us...Money out of my pocket that we have banked on. Worst cruise EVER! I will not be cruising on Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas again!
