We chose this cruise ship because it is based out of Galveston. Since we live just north of Houston, this was the closest to us. Not knowing much about this cruise ship, we went ahead and booked it. Upon arrival, my wife forgot her birth certificate. Dave, the guy that helped us with the situation, was amazing. My wife wound up going back home and getting her birth certificate (over an hour drive). Upon returning, she contacted Dave and he told her to come on and he would hold the ship for her. She arrived right at 3:30 (ship sailed at 4:00 pm).

The cruise director, Malcolm WOO HOO Burns was amazing as well. He was very attentive and lively during the entire cruise. I am unsure how he keeps up with everything all the time, but he never let up. He was always happy and smiling while keeping the energy levels up as well.

Marky Mark was one of the entertainment coordinators on the ship. If you have never experienced him, it is highly recommended.
