We chose his cruise for the southern caribbean itinerary. We always enjoy the Dutch islands.and seldom get to visit them. Navigator is an older ship but still offers an excellent cruise experience minus the latest bells and whistles. Our superior balcony room was in very good condition. Overall, the ship has a worn look. That is not a big negative, but competition is stiff, and the flaws show.. Entertainment was generally good, but, again, they cannot compete with the mega ships. The MDR food is satisfactory, but only satisfactory. They seem to be cutting back .Service, on the other hand, was outstanding! Our waiters and head waiter were among the best we have ever encountered. The windjammer seemed to be a bit improved in our opinion. We ate in two of the specialty restaurants. Giovannis was very good in terms of food and service. Sabor, on the other hand was a disappointment. The service was very good, but food quality left a lot to be desired, and at that price, it was a total rip off. We are crown and Anchor diamond plus, and thoroughly enjoyed the club rooms, happy hours and special events.. We recommend this ship and itinerary.
