Terrible experience with dirty stained carpets and odors The boat is very unstable and regardless of sea conditions it seemed as if the boat stabilizers were not well deployed. Numerous members of the behind counter service staff were unfriendly and not at all pleasant. The dishware was at times dirty especially the coffee cups were apparently not checked or properly washed. The beverage machines were not well cleaned and the dispensers on some with had residue from use even at the onset of the cruise. The coffee was not brewed well and at times not more than colored water. I realize that this takes away from those who seemed genuinely aware of you needs and friendly but more than one time I heard the phrase of "O you come from a very rich place" The presentation and condition of the ship and ancillary equipment as well as the disregard of common courtesy as noted needs to be dealt with. Allowing person to cut in and push through departure lines is unacceptable. I have cruised many other times and expected so much more of Royal Caribbean
