I chose this cruise to Mexico as a last minute getaway just after Thanksgiving. Living in Los Angeles made the ride to the cruise ship a 30 minute breeze!

Arriving at the terminal, there was a porter ready to take our bags before we reached the front door. The staff responsible for boarding the ship was extremely organized. The person checking us in was very friendly & professional. After TSA check, they issued group #s and had us sit in the waiting area. Each group was called & we quickly boarded the ship. Again, no standing in long lines. The staff kept the line moving. There wasn't even a hold up to take our pictures for our ship ID. They had enough people to do it.

The first port was Puerto Vallarta. We took the 10 best city tour. It was great! The guide spoke perfect English, was funny & knew the history of his city. The bus was very comfortable & air conditioned. We stayed just the right amount of time in each place without feeling rushed.
