This being our 23rd. cruise with Princess we were looking for a quick nothing special holiday to the ABC islands. It's much better now that you are at the islands for a full day rather than the 1/2day schedules in the past.

We had perfect weather for the 8 day cruise. Overall you get what you pay for on the Crown.

Now that Princess has gone back to 2 shows a night at close to an hour each instead of three 1/2 hour shows you don't feel that you just sat down and then had to scurry out. The shows themselves were entertaining.. Though listed as a Magician, Michael Misko was a great comedian and a hoot to listen to in the Liars club. We went on a two site snorkeling excursion in Aruba that ended up as 20 mins at each site and a lot of booze. We would sooner have had longing time as the sites, it's your call of course. The ship is showing it's age gracefully and will be going into dry dock in March for to be rejuvenated so stay tuned.
