I booked this cruise in March as my mother's last wishes. My daughter, grand daughters, husband and I were looking forward to it as I had just cruised the same ship in September and had a blast!

What a disappointment. First the ports changed to just one due to ' scheduled maintenance' then we left Galveston late due to "divers having visibility issues during the repair" (repair???? what??? we are on a ship that can't leave port until a repair is made and we are not stopping until Nassau?????) third the crew for the entire trip was lackadaisical and had forced smiles even when trying to convince me to spend money on extras! Yes, I was given OBC for the change in itinerary, and yes I had the option to cancel. However, all parties had already had vacation approved and the cruise was paid in full at booking. Two of my party work retail and time off in December is hard to come by, so we took the new port (1 not 3) and thought we'd have fun. We didn't.

The cabin we had (jr suite) was excellent and out stateroom attendant was amazing but it didn't make up for the rest of the crew that didn't seem to care.

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Amazing, until the toilet continually would overflow when no one was in the room and we'd come back to a filthy bathroom. It took 3 attempts to get someone to fix it.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Walked to Junkanoo beach and had good time, however the shops along the way are very very pushy
