The traveling locations in the South Caribbean islands was enticing.
Below is an explanation of the hardships endured by me and my guest with HAL on the Rotterdam debarking from Tampa on 11/4/2017.
On embarkation date, the boarding was delayed by 2.5 hours due to necessary dry dock and required ship repairs. We were asked to wait in a large room as a group of 1,000 people +- in the Tampa port with very inadequate seating. Sitting on the cement floor for 2.5 hours caused my legs to cramp severely. This was a very unpleasant start to our planned magical vacation.
