Check in time at the dock was horrible. Not enough employees to process check in. Only 2 employees for a line of 50 or more people. Employees were walking around not checking in passengers. There were 3 working than there were 2! I wish there was self check in.THere were 9 stations with 2 working.

My husbands bag did not arrive at the room until 8 pm. Room cleaning on ship started at 10 am. Our room was cleaned at 3:00 pm (nap time). Please hire more room attendants so they an start cleaning the rooms at 8 am so therefore our room could have been cleaned by 1:00. Stop spending so much time towel folding and spend more time vacuuming.

Better ventilation in smoking areas. We are non smokers and smoke drifted to other floors. Put doors on both ends of the casino to keep smoke in. Read more
