Baltimore was very easy for parking, boarding and disembarking. Also, very smooth cruise. Enjoyed the production shows and the headliners (especilly ROOKIE). Cruise Director Bob and assistant, T. Tonya along with their staff were hard working, entertaining and always pleasant. The servers and staff were all friendly and gave great service and our cabin attendant, Oxille, was wonderful. I would like to see cruise lines have more port talks that tell about the places we are visiting instead of just where the stores are. Our day at RCCL's private beach, Coco Cay, could not have been more perfect-husband enjoyed the snorkeling and saw many colorful fish! Great lunch provided. Charleston was great because it offered so much near the port and we had booked a VERY reasonable walking tour with Groupon (Old Walled City with Al). We prefer a small ship to the megaliners so we were quite satisfied with what the Grandeur offered. We asked Oxille to seperate our bed into two twins and that really opened up our inside cabin. We had plenty of closet space, drawers and shelving in our cabin which also offered an easy chair and straigh back vanity chair instead of a "hassock" to sit on. Only drawback was our shower which was on the small size. We found seating throughout the ship to be very comfortable. Took most dinners in the MDR with only one that was a problem (not too tender pork chop). Nice selection in the buffet for all servings and at the Park Cafe also. Would definitely sail RCCL from Baltimore again.
