This was our first cruise on a Princess ship. An 8 night cruise is a great way to find out about a cruise line. Princess has the embarkation and disembarkation process down in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It was smooth. Upon boarding, we found the Cruise director staff doing amazing things to keep passengers who like activities or even those who don't, highly engaged. Princess gives passengers a bit more storage and living space in their cabins - or it appears that way and their interior and exterior cabins are thoughtfully laid out. The lounge and bar areas were tastefully decorated (Christmas) as well as all the food serving areas. The entertainment was good, but the food fell short in a number of areas. The ship is a bit dated and a really good refreshing should be considered.

Our interior stateroom was clean and large enough to accommodate two adults easily. Our Stateroom attendant Jim, was incredibly hard working and made sure our room was always clean. Princess has a refrigerator in the room and has coin op for a laundry.
