We chose Princess because we did cruise with them before and loved the ships. This time, I found everything about Princess to be only adequate. I think the ship needs a bit of an overhaul and they need to upgrade their dining experiences. the pool areas were nice. I did like the big screen where we could watch movies but they played the same music everyday over and over again. I was not impressed with the recording or the songs. After the 3rd day you really didn't want to listen to that again. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and really made the ship look amazing. The dining room was nice but the food left something to be desired. It wasn't as good as I remembered from the other ships. I don't know if I would sail with them anytime soon.

The disembarkation, was fine. It was pretty quick and the only place you had to wait was at the customs.
