Embarktion was fast. Disembarktion was slow. The cabin was a deluxe balcony. It was nice. The crew was not too friendly and the food was mediocre, at best. It was hard to get good chairs near the main pool. The adult pool was nice, and we were lucky to get chairs, but a little music would have been nice. The mood of the ship was much different from our previous experience on the Caribbean Princess. We thought the problems were because it was only a 5 day cruise, but then we heard that there's a new CEO of Princess, who wants to change the image. Many of the crew aren't happy with the changes and it's showing in the service and attitudes. The entertainment, when they had it, was good, but it wasn't every night.

We took a shore excursion to a cigar factory. The factory tour was great, but the overall tour was too long. Left at 8am. It was about 1.5 hours to the factory. Spent about 2hrs there then went to a museum, then to a monument, then to lunch about 2pm, then a bus ride for 1.5hrs back to ship. It would have been better if we were back to the ship right after the cigar factory. Lunch was nothing special.
