By far the best cruise I’ve been on...and I’ve been on 10 previous cruises. Check is was so organized. We arrived early, but we were boarded but numbers. Though some did think they shouldn’t have to wait. The cabins are a bit snug, but showers are the biggest on any ship. Our cabin steward Renan was amazing. Always smiling with kind words. The anytime dining was a breeze. We had to take a buzzer a couple nights because there was a wait, but it was not a big deal. We had the drink packeage. So we got a cocktail and found a place to sit while we waited. We also had the dining package and at at Le Bistro, La Cacina, El Moderno and Cagneys. Delicious! Our food was cooked perfectly, steaks medium rare as ordered and everything was flavorful. The Grand Pacific dining room is like stepping back in time. No shorts allowed. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere is timeless. The garden cafe is the main buffet and it always had a wonderful selection of great food morning, noon and night. The variety changes though they do keep the staples. And the round pretzel rolls...to die for. And everyone loves Washy Washy!!! He is the sole reason to go there and eat, even if you aren’t hungry. The entertainment was also very good. Some of the best of seen anywhere. The Elements show rivals that of Las Vegas. We were is awe. Get there early and sit in the main floor section. The ellusionists and aerialists are very good too. El Gaucho is very funny and ad libs very well. The western show is a bit of country rock. Some very good singers. All worth singing. They also have some very good guest participation shows at night. Fun to watch and be part of. Lots of trivia and games as well. The bartenders to a great job with the cocktails, though I was disappointed that the Irish pub did not have Guinness. They have live music in the atrium almost nightly which is very pleasant as well. I (we) truly enjoyed or cruise on the Jade and most definitely will sail her again.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony
Cabin BA 10556
A bit small, but a great size shower with a sliding door. Wonderful balcony. Adjoined with our fellow travelers so it seemed we were in the same room.
