12th cruise with NCL...have never had an issue or disappointment. Used NCL for transfers, some excursions, and as a platinum member free laundry service means going home with clean clothes. Always found eating tables, even at peak hours, and enjoyed the specialty restaurants. The entertainment was the best we have witnessed of the 10 ships we have cruised.

Embarkation took no more than 10 minutes with platinum express line, and debarkation was very well organized by colour-coded departures.While Norwegian Star is one of the older members of the fleet, constant upgrades prevent it from showing any age. Staff are more than polite, and main desk has always had the answers.
