Chose the cruise for its itinerary. We wanted to sail out of New Orleans and we wanted to visit some places we hadn't seen before.
To begin with, the information we were provided wasn't clear in a lot of areas. We found seemingly vague or contradictory information in the brochure.
The food was mediocre except in the specialty restaurants. There was little variety and the same menus were used over and over again. Choices were more limited than on any cruise I've been on.

Mid-Ship Balcony
Shower didn't work. Hard to get it hot in the first place. Then the shower would turn cold without you touching it. Finally had to use the shower in the cabin next to us (my sisters') to get a hot shower. Their whole shower setup was different and it worked! Otherwise, the cabin was fine, but the shower spoiled everything.
