wonderful overall experience. the ship was in good repair and beautiful. We had a balcony room on 6th floor. the chairs on the balcony were comfortable and the balcony was clean and recently painted. the room was very nice and the mattress was very comfortable. our room steward was friendly and made sure we were comfortable. we had several maintenance issues in our room. the TV screen was cracked in 2 places, the safe would not lock and the telephone was dead. All these issues were resolved very quickly and professionally. the TV was replaced with a new TV while in port! the food was excellent in the dining room and windjammer. we also ate at Sabor, Giavonni and Chops. the service in each of these venues was very attentive and helpful. our favorite was Sabor. the food was fabulous and the service amazing. the guacamole was also amazing!!! the ship was not one of the largest but plenty large for us. easy to get around and lots of things to do onboard. we planned our own excursions in each port. Cozumel and Grand Cayman were beautiful. we only went to the cruise ship area in Jamaica for rum and souvenirs then spent the rest of the day onboard enjoying the pool and hot tub. embarkation was about average but disembarkation in Galveston was the fastest we have experienced. would sail this ship again.
