We choose this cruise to spend time with our kids and grandkids and we had a great time with them. But the poor staff seemed very overworked. Our dinners usually took at least two hours and most of that was waiting for the next course. We had many missing dishes and we just gave up asking for them. Our steward only needed to do our room once a day but even then usually forgot something. We loved being on the sea and the comedians were funny but I am not sure I would do Carnival again.

The ports were western Caribbean and the weather was pleasant for all 4. We did Salsa and Salsa in Cozumel and had a marvelous time. We made 6 salsas and each was delicious. We went ashore in Belize and shopped and tried some native fruit. In Roatan we had a beach day and the kids loved it even when it rained. Costa Maya port had some great entertainment that we enjoyed. We loved watching the passengers getting back on board at each port from our nice dry cove balcony.

Loved this room, so close to the water. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the dark listening to the waves.
