wanted to see Vietnam and bangkok both spoilt by very poor admin.Unless you fold napkins, dance, play trivia there is no daytime activities as they only take about 20 peoplefor water class eg, In Singapore 3000 diamond members got on the ship and think they own it and just took over all bars in the evening wher we had a drink before dinner, We missed our day trip n Bangkok because of bad organisation costing us $500 out of pocket as I cant use the ship tours and plan my own. It was a disgrace we were treated getting off in all ports ecept Adelaide and Hobart. The food was not up to the standard we expect fro RCCL,

I use a scooter and there was only 2 spots in the theatre for disabled and from Singapore there a lot got on with wheelchairs, scooters, walkers so was very hard to get to the shows unless which is what we did line for over 1 hour to get a spot. The ship is far too big and very badly managed. we are emerald after this trip but no way will we get any higher as we will not travel RCCL again back to Princess for us where you get treated more like a human.

Also the drinks are so expensive $17 US fpr aglass of wine in the dining room.the waiters we had would not get a job in the local RSL here. wrong dinners served many times. So to sum up never again on Ovation
