We have sailed this ship a number of times, the last two times our experience has declined in expectations. NOL has been our preferred port and sorry to say last surely be our last time sailing Carnival Dream there were many drunken and rowdy people (we believe including teenagers) with loud drama in the hall and beating on doors at 3 AM. No rest and way to much partying (Don't mind some partying but there is a limit). The food has also been declining in quality. We used to really enjoy this ship but will not chance returning. We enjoyed the pizza and the with many trips to the ice cream machine :) A bit chilly but enjoyed the outdoor movie venue. The service at the main dining room was great and our wait staff was superb and we could not have asked for better service, but again the food quality has declined.
