We were somewhat concerned about boarding a 15 year old ship and also about dining and entertainment due to our most recent experience on a Celebrity ship (on that occasion we had just completed a cruise on HAL where the food was outstanding...).
Well, the ship was in a very good shape, food at the main dining room and at the cafeteria was never disappointing, and the entire staff lived up to the Constellation reputation.
From embarkation to disembarkation everything ran smoothly. Entertainment was generally ok with some high points (mainly the comedians) and quite varied. Shore excursions were well managed although sometimes overly expensive. Select dining was managed nicely, only once did we (four of us) have to wait for a table. Our stateroom attendant was particularly attentive and efficient. Internet service was fine... outside of peak usage times (you'll have to figure this one out on specific cruises),
Quiet, clean, not as outdated as some pretend.
