Well said Hoppysmom, got it spot on. This was our 28th cruise and first time on MSC. We were attracted by the very cheap deal, free drinks package and on board spend and we were curious to know why there were so many poor reviews. Cold food, poor service weird entertainment, theatre half empty most nights. We had a quick look and left - all been said already.

Dining was a shambles in the Villa Rossa. at first sitting the size of the tables was just about adequate and some tables were empty but extra chairs were being added for second sitting yet people were still being turned away. This is because Europeans tend to eat late. MSC should know this.

The entertainment in the bars was poor and loud. In London we have better musicians busking on the London Underground stations (they have to pass an audition to be there).

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

Cabin good. Some people may need some extra storage space. A bar of soap would have been nice. Cabin steward was excellent.
