We chose this ship after discovering that TUI did cruise and stay. The flight from Glasgow was fine. Transportation from Airport to the Ship was quick and we checked in quickly at the Terminal.

Our Balcony Cabin was on Deck 6. It was small and dated. The balcony was also very small. We have been on several other cruises and this was the smallest cabin that we have ever stayed in. During the course of the cruise my back was becoming more painful and it was because of the very uncomfortable bed. The Cabin was not entirely clean on arrival. The carpet had not been cleaned. The Cabin Steward was very nice and polite. During the week she forgot to replace the Towels and also the Pool Towels. The small dressing table surface had liquid stains and had not been wiped.

The Dining was average. We used the Restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner. One evening we used the Sushi Restaurant and this was fantastic. My wife had dietary requirements and the restaurant were very attentive for this; to there credit. We never had a bad meal but neither did we have an outstanding meal. On two occasions for breakfast we waited a long time to be served. Special mention to Mimi a Supervisor who saw what had happened and rectified immediately.
