  3. Norwegian Getaway
We sailed on the Getaway and had a great time. The ship was clean and beautiful. There is some crowding in the atrium where they hold many activities though. Our cabin 11100 was at the very front of the ship with a window and the size and storage space was good. It is a long walk and in cross traffic but was ok. I prefer to be closer to the elevator. We ate at 3 specialty venues, Cagney's, Teppanyaki and La Cucina. Food was good service excellent. I love the hibachi-style chef at Teppenyaki's. He was fun ant entertaining. We enjoy getting quick bites at O'Sheehan's. The other restaurants are cruise-ship standard. The only disappointing thing is there is NO lobster night. A favorite of mine. The shows rocked!! Loved, loved, loved Million Dollar Quartet. Elvis and Jerry Lee is wonderful!! Burn the floor has no real story, but the dancing is epic. One of my favorite things to do at sea is Howl at the Moon. The dual piano bar is so fun and the guys are great. We even had Elvis and Jerry Lee come rock with us on the last evening. What a blast!! They do not have many sports activities like 3 on 3 basketball or volleyball like other cruises we have been on. That should be addressed. The bar service is wonderful. Love Carlos at the Mojito bar. Shout out!! The ports were west coast itinerary, and the shore excursions were good but pricey. We had four port days and would have preferred an extra sea day instead. We had the best time on the Getaway and will definitely go again.

Lots of Fun!!
