First, the good. Loved the captain (Mattias?). Also, the entertainment around the ship was very enjoyable as well as some of the game shows.

The bad? Food was fair but nothing to get excited about. No 24 hour dining any more unless you pay for it. Specialty restaurants were good though. Production shows were excellent, except but they are still doing some the same shows from last year and the year before. Itinerary was changed because of the hurricanes and I would not recommend Punta Cana. You have to be tendered in and the ship parks in a passage where the water is usually rough. Also, at Curacao, they are building a new mega pier. It is a long, long hike to get just to the security checkpoint.

The ugly was the service. First, as one of their top tier members, there was no special treatment. We were told to go to the Cruise Next Desk a couple of times for things and then told we didn't have to do it or they weren't honoring that perk. Even had to stand in line to get the priority luggage tags. No more delivery to the room.
