Specialty restaurants were excellent except in the case of Jamie's Italian. This was the worst expression of Italian at sea that I have experienced. This had to be a profit move only because Gioivanni's was far superior to this experience. Red sauce was terrible and portions of pasta were heavy and over done. The Truffle Sauce was nothing more than cream, heavy, and a few truffles, if indeed they were truffles.

Wonderland experience was a great touch, an inventive take on dining for sure that should not be missed! We were glad we ate at Chops, 150, and Wonderland exclusively, with one bad night at Jamie's. That said, the specialty dining other than Jamie's was excellent, as was the service and great attention we received from Constantine, the manager at Chops who took time to visit us at each restaurant to insure that all was well.

The Harmony of the Seas is a beautiful ship, cleanliness was evident throughout. The entertainment, as always, is the best at sea on their newest ships. However, you could clearly see they cut back at all buffet venues, with Paella three days in a row, limited selection every day and at the quality of product at Cafe Promenade was not up to par with the Allure and Oasis. There was one line for self serve coffee and food at the Promenade, where on the Oasis and Allure there were separate areas for both, meaning your wait time for a cup of tea at self serve was way long due to the one line.
