Sail Date: Nov 2017

I wanted to experience this big ship. There were lots of things to do, and the food in the specialty restaurants was very good. The shows were very entertaining and fun. The ship is beginning to show a lot of wear and will soon need an overhaul. The cabins were small and cramped and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Crew members were not as friendly or attentive as those on smaller ships. Some were rude and often not willing to accommodate simple request such as to-go cups,or issues with food service. I will not go on this larger ship or the newer one in 2018. When I purchased this ticket on my last cruise in 2016, I was told that this would be the cheapest price, but found this trip advertised for $300 less. This was the most expensive cruise that I have taken, but I felt the ports of call were poor and the shore excursions were lacking or very expensive on St Thomas and in the Bahamas. The time allowed in port was very short for these two places. St Thomas is still in very poor condition.
