This was a short cruise with no ports. We chose this cruise because we needed a vacation from our vacations. We just wanted to relax and not have to do a lot of planning or running from place to place.

The cruise was fine and we did get to relax a bit. Although, the seas were quite rough which made sleeping difficult. Nothing was horrible but nothing was great either. Our steward was efficient but not spectacular or super personable. Same thing can be said of our Dining Room server. She was efficient, but not at all engaging or personable. She was not unfriendly but she wasn't particularly friendly either. The food was OK, the entertainment was OK. Again not horrible but not great either.

We were directed to one line for embarkation, but our keys were on the other side of the check in area. We should have been directed there. We were in line for about 1/2 an hour but were allowed to board as soon as we finished check-in. Also, we were allowed to go straight to our room and drop off luggage. It was a little after 1:00 pm.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin ME

Our stateroom was decent. We were in a mini suite on the Dolphin Deck (9) It was spacious with ample storage, even if this had been a longer cruise. The bathroom is good size and has a bathtub/shower combo. There is a sitting area and 2 TV -one toward the sitting area and one toward the bed. The Balcony is a good size with 2 adjustable chairs, 2 ottomans and a table. We did not get a lot of hallway noise, but something made a loud noise, like something slamming into something, when we were in rough seas.
