Sail Date: Nov 2017
Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

I chose the cruise primarily because of timing, cost, and the itinerary. I like to go scuba diving in Grand Cayman and Cozumel and this cruise offered stops at these places.

Some Good:

1) The staff at the buffet was very good at clearing and cleaning tables, so it was always fairly easy finding seating.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MD

The mini-suite on the Epic seems to have the same amount of room as a regular balcony cabin on Celebrity Solstice Class ships. So, the size is fine. However, the layout is strange. Even though there are plenty of storage cabinets, the cabin lacks any drawer storage. Most cabinets are also not very deep, so you can't stack more than a few clothing items on top of each other. We were surprised with a bathtub instead of a standard shower stall. It would not be ideal for anyone having to get over a two-foot high side to get into the tub. I found the mattress a little too firm to my liking. Overall, the room was okay.
