Disorganized, FTTF - not faster, not fun

the port for embarkation was not organized, no one seemed to know what to do and did not get the priority people on board in a timely manner

like being herded

the disembarkation to Cabo was total chaos kept calling more people down befor even had 1st group off the ship

not enough tenders

no one seemed to know what they were doing nor did they know how to accomplish the goal of getting folks off the ship in an orderly fashion

the massages were great - very relaxing and very helpful for detoxing and for exfoliating and for stress reduction - did not appreciate always tying to sell the products at a very inflated price

Loved the sauna room and the steam room

appreciated the lemon and the orange flavored water in the relaxation room

the cabin was quit good, always kept neat & clean able to rest in the room load speaker was not piped into room except for wen having safety drill.
