We have sailed with Royal Caribbean in the past. And we like their customer service both dining room and house cleaners. A wonderful experience. Because of the staff of Royal Caribbean we will stay loyal to Royal Caribbean. We enjoyed the shows, dinner and other entertainment. Meet lots of nice folks while relaxing by pool side and dinner. Looking forward to our next cruise. Our best experience was the dining area. The waiters at table 672 made dinner most enjoyable. So I will add that the pool area was always clean....

my only complaint was getting on board the ship. folks still leaving at 11:00 AM and we could not get a porter so we carried our own luggage on. Life would have been easier had the ported did the work. Hope it will be easier getting on the next cruise. Cape Canaveral is our favorite port. So we will be doing most of our sailing out of there.
