Sail Date: Sep 2017
Cabin: Large Outside Stateroom (partial sea views)

My cousins had never cruised, so we picked an itinerary they were excited about.

Thus, we had the chance to see this cruise through the eyes of our cousins who came with us.

We found many areas in need of improvement, especially communication. There was no apparent mechanism for hearing most announcements in the room. My cousin is hard of hearing and so felt he missed a lot of information.

Cabin Review

Large Outside Stateroom (partial sea views)

Cabin G

Partially obscured = sliver of daylight. Our companions were in 4093 and had a bit more sky and sea visible. We chose the cabins as a compromise between price and some visibility to accommodate our companions. The cabin is roomy enough, with plenty of hanging space – and hangers! The bathroom has a reasonable-sized tub but since the first day’s passage was not smooth, avoid a tub if you have mobility issues as you’ll need a certain amount of dexterity to get in and out. The thermostat seemed to be for entertainment purposes only as the temperature in the cabin seemed never to change or changed independently of how you set it. Both cabins had robes, which were soft and comfy.
