The new ship is well appointed with commodious rooms, heated bathroom floors, desk, and a proper balcony. The food was excellent for dinner but lunch and especially breakfast were ordinary and sometimes unimaginative. The entertainment was intimate and excellent overall. The Munch drawings and tapestry recreations gave the ship a classy look. Drinks were reasonably priced when not free during lunch and dinner. The only real downside were the poorly scheduled airline bookings and communication about those changes that was not well communicated and unapologetic.
For instance the first two bookings had us arriving after the ship left NY or with not enough time to get to it before departing. Returning, we learned one day before landing in Miami that the original schedule made months before, would not have allowed enough time to board the aircraft. No personal notice was provided and only the first leg of the return flight was reflected until I brought it to their attention.
