We are happy to hear your overall impressions of Viking Sun are positive and we appreciate your suggestions for improvement regarding onboard signage, entertainment and decor. Though we’re glad you were impressed with some of our dining options, it is troubling to hear of your disappointment with the meals served on deck seven. Please know that we have noted this feedback.
As to your experiences on shore, we have also noted your concerns regarding your hotel amenities and experiences at the Bay of Pigs museum. Though Viking has limited control over the practices of local attractions, we do hear your desire for non-smoking areas and increased resources for English-speaking guests.
