The ship itself is great. Need more visible overhead hallway signage for elevators and, more importantly, REST ROOMS as these are impossible to find unless you are standing right in front of them. Need more overall bar service attendants any time passengers are on board and the ship is moving. The volume in the theater should be increased for movies and presentations. Repeat the presentations for in-cabin TV's. More American sports broadcasts, especially American football--it is a tradition on Thanksgiving Day. We were there over Thanksgiving and there were no decorations. Food in the main restaurant was fine but not so with the food on Deck 7. The food was never warm, let alone hot. Quality there was just fair. The burgers, however, were great ( this was the same situation as on our first Ocean cruise-Barcelona to Venice). Our Cuba tour guide was very difficult to understand-her accent was very heavy. Since Cuba wants more American tourists, signs with the photos in the Bay of Pigs Museum should also be in English. We did not have time to see the 20 minute film in the museum. No washcloths in the hotel (they don't have them). Hotel breakfast was great. The dinner before the show was fine and the show was spectacular! Would be good to have a "non smoking" area at the show facility, especially since they give out free cigars to all of the men. Americans are very accustomed to smoke-free areas in venues like this.
