The food was most disappointing. Too much spice (something) and cold food that was supposed to be hot. Breakfast was the best meal of the day with made to order omelets. NOOOO water unless you buy it for your cabin, $18.00 for 6 bottles. Water is available in the dining room until they rope that off. No one tells you that a pitcher can be ordered at no charge from room service. I do not drink the tap water. The guest services desk personnel would not tell my why we were not informed before the cruise or in the daily paper about the water pitchers. Ports were fine and the cruise was smooth. Mostly older people on board but the music at the pool was very loud. Mattress was very hard and bed cover (blanket) was very heavy. Not comfortable at all for a balcony cabin. Room steward, Michael, was very friendly and quite good at his job. The casino smelled of cigarette smoke so it was unattractive to visit. I have been on cheap cruises with better food. Will have to put a lot of thought into using Norwegian again.
